We celebrated Austin's birthday yesterday by having his close friends sleep over, and then off for some bowling and laser tag. I cannot believe my baby is 12!!
Daddy + Silly String = A Really Good Time!
Grant has had a stuffed bear named Woody every since he was a baby. I think Woody got lost one time and was replaced, but this is what is left of the poor thing. A very, very, very, very treasured friend by Grant. Sleep cannot be found without Woody, so we make sure it's the very first thing packed, coming and going! Not sure how much longer he'll survive though....
Bowling is one of Austin's favorite things to do, and even though he chose the same place last year for his birthday, he really wanted to go again.

Looks like a great birthday party. Our "sons" grow up so fast. Enjoy the time. It will be so hard to turn those heartstings over to another women someday. Pray for a good one that will share him with you and allow you to still have a big part in his life. If you are blessed (like me) you will get another daughter instead of losing a son. And of course hopefully you will also get 2 sons too. But daughters just normally stay closer.
