Mt. Rushmore

Cary had a trip this past week that was a whole day layover in Rapid City SD, so Cole and Austin hopped on the last flight of the night with Dad and woke up early the next day and spent the next day sightseeing. They went to Bear Country, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Needles Highway. A few years ago, we went out there but Nicole was in Mexico with the family she babysit for, so this was her first time there and she loved it!

Gator Girl

Miss Casey came home from the last day of school with 2 special awards. The first was the President's Gold Seal Award for academics. However, then she got VERY excited when she showed me her second award, created especially for her by the teachers.....

I told her that she'll need to keep getting the first award in order to be that Gator Mascot!

Shea's Graduation!

The girls and I went to Florida this past weekend to celebrate Shea's high school graduation. We shared a hotel room with Heather and Emily. We had such a fun time and enjoyed being with family. We laughed soooooo much and will cherish the memories from our "Girls Gone Wild at Homewood Suites" weekend! We will remember: silly bandz, the beach, boiled p-nuts, the pool, Yellow Car!, crab balls (sand, that is), safari tour guide, pew - "but it's my birthday", facebooking, 60 comments, the Gaga plunge, "mine's broken", Tampa.com, luggage carts, ding-dong ditch, dirty socks, the Greek fest, shear gift, boogeyman, bumpin' to Beautiful You, Shea's balloon hat, donut time!, holy ground, parsel-tongue to the snakes and much, much more.
